Enterprise

Run the whole patent lifecycle as a team, with pricing you can read before the sales call.

Harvest at $20, draft at $50, review at $30 per matter, all drawn from one shared token pool with a ledger your admin can actually read. Roles, matter sharing, and an audit trail of who did what.

Start a Free Pilot

Jurisdiction templates for 5 patent offices: USPTO, EPO, PCT/WIPO, UKIPO, IPO India. Every signup starts with 25 free tokens ($250 of work). No credit card.

Built For Teams

Your practice already runs as a team. Eety mirrors it.

Partners decide what gets filed, associates draft, accounts keeps the ledger, and the matter file records who did what. Eety's org accounts follow that same structure instead of asking your firm to invent a new one.

Org Accounts

Roles that match the org chart

One organization, defined roles. Admins manage seats, billing, and the token pool; members work their matters. Access follows the role, not the loudest email thread.

Seats and Invites

Add people, not line items

Invite colleagues by email and they land in the org workspace. Pricing is per service per matter, so adding a seat costs nothing until that person actually runs a service.

Shared Token Pool

One balance, a readable ledger

Like a firm's disbursement account: one pool, every charge recorded. Each ledger entry shows who ran it, on which matter, for which service, and for how many tokens. A service charges once per matter no matter how many times it is rerun, org-wide.

Admin Console

Burn and run-out, without asking

Usage by member and by service, burn over time, and a projection of when the pool runs out. The numbers a practice head asks for on the first Monday of the month, on a screen instead of in a chased-up email.

Matter Sharing

Shared matters, useful notifications

Share a matter with the people working it. Everyone on it is notified when a draft completes, a review lands, or the product is waiting on an inventor answer, so work does not stall in someone's inbox.

Audit Trail

Who did what, on the record

Who uploaded the disclosure, who ran the draft, who edited which section, who exported. Tracked-changes DOCX exports attribute every edit by name, so the trail survives into the Word file your client sees.

The Procurement Question

The price is on the page. That is the point.

A restaurant that prints "market price" next to the lobster is not expecting you to order it on the first visit. Enterprise patent software mostly works the same way: the commonly cited range is $30k to $100k+ per year, and the actual number appears only after a demo call.

Eety publishes its pricing instead. Harvesting is $20 per matter, a full draft is $50, a review is $30, and the volume packs are on the pricing page with the per-token math shown. Your team can read the numbers this afternoon and start today on the free signup grant. If procurement wants a call anyway, we do those too.

Industry Norm

$30k to $100k+ per year

What enterprise patent software commonly runs, quoted after a demo call. Their model, not ours.

Eety

$20 / $50 / $30 per matter

Harvest, draft, review. Charged once per matter per service, reruns free. Published at eety.ai/pricing, checkable right now.

One Loop

Decide what to patent. Draft it. Verify everything.

An IP committee meeting already runs this loop by hand: triage the disclosures, assign the keepers, check what outside counsel sends back. Teams run the same loop in eety, with each step priced per matter.

The whole loop on one matter: 10 tokens ($100). Each service is charged once per matter, so reruns, redrafts, and re-reviews on that matter cost nothing more. A new signup's 25 free tokens cover the full loop twice, with tokens to spare.

Security

Documented in the open, like the pricing.

Client disclosures are the most confidential documents a firm holds. How eety handles them is written up for your security team to read before anyone books a call.

FAQ

What IP ops leads ask us first.

Do you support SSO and role-based access? +

Role-based access is built in: org admins manage seats, billing, and the token pool, and members work the matters they are on. For SSO and identity requirements, bring your setup to the demo and we will walk through what fits your environment rather than promise a checkbox here.

Is our data isolated from other organizations? +

Yes. Your organization's matters, documents, and drafts belong to your org account and are not visible to any other organization. The full write-up of how disclosures are handled is on the security page, written for your security team to review before a call.

Who sees what inside our org? +

A matter is visible to the people it is shared with. The admin console shows usage, spend, and activity across the org, so a practice head can see the shape of the work without opening every draft. The audit trail records who uploaded, drafted, edited, and exported on each matter.

How are tokens shared across the team? +

One pooled balance for the org. When anyone runs a service, the charge comes from the pool and lands in the ledger: who, which matter, which service, how many tokens. Charges apply once per matter per service (harvest 2, draft 5, review 3), so a colleague rerunning a draft on the same matter costs the pool nothing.

How do we run a pilot? +

Without asking us. Every signup includes 25 free tokens ($250 of work) with no credit card, and one matter through all three services costs 10 tokens. Pick a real matter, run harvest, draft, and review on it, and judge the output. When the team is ready to consolidate into an org with a shared pool, book the demo and we set it up.

See it in your team's context.

A focused session around your docket: org setup, the shared pool and ledger, and the three services on a matter like yours. You have already read the pricing, so the call can be about the work.
